ASF has helped deserving dancers rise above challenging circumstances to pursue their artistic training and education. From tuition to travel or expenses to experiences, our financial support makes the difference between sitting on the sidelines and realizing a dream.

How will I know if I’ve been selected?
Due to the number of scholarship applications, you will be notified ONLY if you are selected.
What are the criteria for selection?
Dancers must demonstrate outstanding merit, financial need & should be in a pre-professional program–though we’ve made a few exceptions for dancers with extraordinary talent! All styles of dance are welcome.
What information should be included with my submission?
Dancer and parent/guardian contact information, dance school attended, financial assistance needed, a recent headshot, a full body shot, a link to a dance video, and an essay describing a challenging circumstance in your life and how you hope to overcome it, as well as something unique about you, your talent, and your dream to shine.
